My interest in photography dates back to the 1960s when as a graduate student at the University of Arizona I built my own darkroom and experimented with black and white images using 35 mm & 2 1/4' film formats. I am a biologist and retired (2004) college professor. Toward the end of my career, the digital revolution rekindled my interest in photography with the computer replacing the darkroom.
